Got up pretty late in the afternoon.

Started to clear the backlog of blogs i had to read and completed it now. It was lot fun reading. I was laughing many a time - comments.. Anu's "About me" .. it took me a while to link what was india map doing .

Read the article linked from Bijesh's post - IT Survivors - Staying Alive In A Software Job
It is real. The fault is there on both management and employees. I have seen bachelors staying late in office having nothing better to do at home. Learn to say "NO". I too spend lot of time at office .. time always just seems to be too less. I am trying to reduce the total hours in office and be more effective/efficient.

During the day, san and prof (my roommates rather housemates) went and got a bike (a bicycle). In the evening, san did a lot of gimmicks with car parking by initially parking the car horizontally in a place where two cars were supposed to be parked vertically and it was fun to get it out. i was only navigating from out. he is thrilled and wants to do it more. then we went to see Harry Potter.

It was a nice rather ok movie. Was seeing it the second time after watching it on the opening weekend in vancouver from the second row near the screen. I liked the landscapes a lot. Photography was nice. The director tried to do a good job of trying to fit the content of a big book in a short span of time. The characters are growing up as in the book and it looks nice.
The movie gives us a view of different person who read the book other than ourselves. My friend kishore does not want to watch the harry potter movie as he feels that the director will not be able to do justice to the book and it will mess with our imagination. I donot concur. It is looking through somebody else's glasses.

welcome to blogger's world, CP. Good to know that you spend your time in reading our blogs rather than reading some technical stuff.

Like your blog title. Aptly suits your personality :-)

Cp'da,
looks like in the preperation of coming to india, you do not have time to write anything...

You could write an article on the changes you see and face when you return to your motherland after a year...
