Now flickr has geo-tagging. You can add location info to the pictures.

You can see a map of all the different places on earth where you have been and taken pictures. Also browsing pictures by a location. The options are numerous.
Looking at the same place in different views / shots / cameras .. May be take a location CN tower (toronto, canada), all photos with that location information, we can see many pictures of CN tower. It will be cool to explore this way.
I have started to add location info to my photos on flickr. Most of my photos on flickr are taken in canada in/near vancouver. Already flickr users have added location info for over 1.5 million pictures.
