Lump in Eyelid

I am having a lump in my upper eye lid for over a month. It does not pain like a stye does.
I went to the doctor in india and he gave me eye drops to use and advised me to consult a doctor in cyprus if it does not go off. As it still exists, i went to a doctor in cyprus and he diagnosed it as Chalazion. He asked me to put drops and ointment in the eye. Doing it regularly.

Hopefully should be gone soon.
